Metagenomic sequencing was used to identify the pathogens of severe acute respiratory infectious diseases (SARIs), and the targets of this study were from the Beijing SARI monitoring network. The sequencing results and monitoring results were analyzed to evaluate the value of macrogenome sequencing technology in the diagnosis of the pathogens of SARIs.
